We strive to offer customers the best rates using Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. We’ll ship based on which is least expensive and provides the quickest delivery.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Ontario/Quebec/USA

• Free Shipping over $60
• Flat Rate $7

Outside of Ontario/Quebec/USA

• Free Shipping over $75
• Flat Rate $15

Why our rates differ by location:

Shipping rates from our location in Toronto to anywhere in Ontario, Quebec and the United States typically goes for $13-$17. 

The cheapest shipping rates from our location in Toronto to anywhere outside of these location can run as high $30. One order of our 100ml jar to a location in Alberta cost $29.

As much as we’d love to offer ‘free shipping’ like Amazon and other large corporations, as a small family-owned business, this is impossible. 

There is no such thing as ‘free shipping.’ Small businesses pay for the shipping. Amazon ships millions of orders a week which allows them to negotiate a price of $1-$3 per package with major carriers.

Even so, we never ask our customers to pay for full shipping. We offer flat-rate shipping on all our orders or free shipping on orders over $75/$100 (depending on your location). 

We absorb the cost of difference in shipping.
