We want you to love our treatment cream and we know that it can take the skin days to see changes to a new skincare regime. 

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (please see exceptions below).

EXCEPTIONS:

1. FINAL SALE ON ZIZIPHUS CONCENTRATED CREAM REFILL BUNDLE AND 2-Pack Bundles of Ziziphus Concentrated Cream or Vegan Solid Face & Body Wash (Please do not purchase if you never tried our cream. The refill product and 2-Pack bundles are meant for returning customers)

2) Returns will be issued for ONE product if more than one of identical product is purchased.

For example, if customer purchases two Ziziphus Concentrated Cream, they will receive refund on one. If different sizes of the same product are purchased, return will be made on more expensive variant.

3) International Orders: Refunds are for residents of the USA & Canada.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 

Refunds

Payments will be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus any shipping costs paid by you. Please allow for 3-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
