Why our rates differ by location in Canada and USA:
Shipping rates from our location in Toronto to anywhere in Ontario, Quebec and the United States typically goes for $13-$17.
The cheapest shipping rates from our location in Toronto to anywhere outside of these location can run as high $30. One order of our 100ml jar to a location in Nova Scotia cost $29.
As much as we'd love to offer 'free shipping' like Amazon and other large corporations, as a small family-owned business, this is impossible.
There is no such thing as 'free shipping.' Small businesses pay for the shipping. Amazon ships millions of orders a week which allows them to negotiate a price of $1-$3 per package with major carriers.
Even so, we never ask our customers to pay for full shipping. We offer flat-rate shipping on all our orders or free shipping on orders over $65/$75 (depending on your location).
We absorb the cost of difference in shipping.
