How to Use Vita-Spray Therapy for health, hair, and skin:
For Daily Immunity & Well-Being
- Adults: Take 1 pump (5 mL) daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
- Children (5 years and older): Take ½ pump (2.5 mL) daily, ideally in the morning.
For Cold/Flu Support
- Adults: Take 1-2 pumps (5-10 mL) , twice daily—morning and evening, for enhanced immune support.
- Children (5 years and older): Take ½-1 pump (2.5-5 mL), twice daily—morning and evening.
How to Take:
- Pump directly into the mouth, under the tongue for faster absorption, or mix with a small amount of water, juice, or honey for improved taste.
- Shake well before each use.
